"JJ spent a great deal of time explaining my insurance policy choices to me. And when I was very honest with him and told him that another office offered a better rate, he said he would study all the details and see what he could do for me. He reached out consistently until I was able to get back with him And settle on my policy choices. JJ spent a lot of time explaining things to me and gathering my information and he did so in a way that worked with my schedule and abilities. He didn’t act like a salesman at all. He handled his business well."

"The agents at Ashley Smith insurance are not only helpful, but very responsive. I have been with a handful of insurance agencies and I have never felt like I was cared for like I am at Ashley Smith insurance.
